NGL.
Through some auto/smart play on Spotify, I found this. Strikes all my nostalgic NY 80/90s hip hop vibes and more.
Man, I’m old…

Acidi mood today. Why not eh?
I just can’t get enough of the latest St. Vincent album.
She’s such a chameleon. Every album sounds different than the last one. David Bowie had that same quality too, and I really respect that in an artist.
Haha, Oh yeah, big time!
Man, this takes me back, I haven’t listened to this in ages. Thanks for resurfacing this in my brain. I’m gonna jam this album today while I work.
In addition to this, my favorite from Amon Tobin’s catalogue. This is an OG 2000 US pressing, was still sealed in the shrink wrap. A Christmas gift this year from @Erysys
It’s had to believe this has been unplayed for 25 years. I’m gonna change that today.
Never heard of them, but I grabbed their two albums, so thanks for posting that. Been wanting some new music lately. Kinda reminds me of Shy Child and Hadouken. Defenitely from that era. A little bit of LCD Soundsytem as well. Will check it out!
@KvlT I’ve got some issues with the mix on some songs, but so far I like what I’m hearing. This song’s a banger:
NGL, artwork is pretty bomb too.
Dude, this song brings me way the fuck back… haha
Back to …That… Kind of music.
Idk, I’m fucked up
Since last week I’ve been listening to nothing but Autechre’s entire discography in chronological order. As of today, I’m up to the NTS Sessions (2018).
My brain feels like a computer about to crash…I think if I concentrate hard enough, I can calculate the last digit of pi.
I wanted to share 2 non-album tracks that I stuck out to me.
Autechre and Venetian Snares did a collab for a compilation album back in 2008.
They released this song on another compilation, this time for Bleep.
man that it no mean feat! I wouldn’t be able to endure it ha
ARE YOU OK?!?!?!
It’s been interesting actually, I’ve discovered some really great tracks in doing this. I just finished the NTS Sessions today, and I have a playlist of 68 stand out songs so far. I wonder what’s going to happen to my brain when I listen to some radio-friendly pop song after I’m done with this project.
