To What Do You Owe Your Happiness Today?

@nose that’s not that too far from me, but the winter’s a few degrees warmer here.

I hope you enjoy it! SLC was fucking weird when I visited, and not in a good way lol.

I wanna know why tho lol

Why you talking about my hood like that homie . Fucking Utah, I love it!! Well… I did before everyone decided to move here, that shits annoying

I mean, that’s where I learned that soaking can be actually pretty hot, like in the way that just the tip is. as in like how “getting a foot in the door” is a great upward career move. but like, a door shaped vagina and a penis shaped foot. I dunno. I drank tonight.

I have some fun stories about Utah and SLC. Not for the internet though lol.

I’m prematurely a grumpy old man in that I love living somewhere quiet. Our neighborhood was fairly elderly when we moved here, over the last ten years it has become more younger couples with kids. But honestly, we’ve not got any hooligans as far as I can tell lol.

I lived in Moab for a bit, if that helps my case.

That certainly does. I just did a trip there this month. Moab is one of the coolest places to visit! I try to make it out there a couple times a year

You’re fucking zooming then. Nice.

The wife and I were renting together for 5 years before we decided to pull the trigger on a market that interest rates were sub 3 or 2%. We bought our house with the intent of flipping up, but decided when the bubble popped and we missed our shot, we still had a nice price on a house with a good interest rate we could anchor into. So we’re making modifications, mostly with my handiness and sitting on it.

But going back to the 5 years in an apartment, we decided it made sense as an investment because we gave absolutely no one $75k to rent. That could be us 75k to pay off had we done it sooner. =/ With our buy price that would have been nearly a 3rd of the total mortgage…crazy…

Definitely worth plus all our upgrades and stuffs we can do without getting taxed.

Tonight I sit in a theater watching ENO… The new movie, that is different each time it’s shown… can’t wait… the movie was in my state, NJ… for a week… close to where I am… tonight is the last night to see it 5 PM… I can’t believe I am going…

Bill…

Well, the shit weather we’ve been having gave me a migraine today, so i took the day off. Fucked about with my Steam Deck and got a bunch of stuff up and running (helloooooo emulators!). Didn’t actually play much of anything, but i like it so far. It’s been a long while since i used linux.

Also, this site seems to be getting a more traffic and activity since the upgrade. That makes me very happy.

My sobriety! Having a VERY basic play with the Toraiz SP-16 synced via DJ Link to my CDJs and beat matching a beat on the sampler to a song on a CDJ. I’ve owned this equipment for years and years and never managed to get that to work before now.

Been off the adult beverage train since Aug 12th. Been losing weight, getting better at my craft and thinking a lot clearly. Its hard but ready to leave that me behind. Gotta keep this train a rollin.

Yesterday I recieved a large quantity of National Geographics for collaging purposes, which is one of the best magazines for photos.

I’m not opening them at the moment, but it’s got me in the collage mood, so I’m spening my sunday evening making a little collage thing.
