I think you can/should/will use all the samples given over a period of time. Whether or not you intend to, if you happen to find sample packs that you’ve never DL’d or seen, you’ll probably end up here.
But the samples aren’t expressly given permissions. Especially related to the label. So if you use them, build you own libraries for certain uses, just keep that in mind. Be smart. There are a ton of samples, or were, but you need to use them in ways they aren’t originally. Have fun.
Much music in different styles available to download free of charge here. Note that while music is available here, the licenses do not always permit use in derivative works or use beyond personal listening. With that said, many of the songs are Creative Commons licenses, so double check on the page for the song what the license permits use of before uploading it as a BB sample. Definitely some opportunity for remixes here tho.
This one is royalty free and free to download, but requires registration to download the lossless copies. The previews I heard were pretty cool though:
