What is a good place to read reviews about hardware?

For user reviews I think Elektronaughts is the best, hands down.

Sonic State/Sonic Lab (especially Nick Batt) for “pro” reviews.

You could try the Sound on Sound forums as well.

I think their pro reviews are some of the better ones, but they have a reasonably active user base on their forums too that will probably discuss more on the pro audio/studio side of hardware.
