Damn, that sounds like some good contemp yazz for sure. Interesting production quality, too.
It’s rare that I find any that I like, but this album popped up somewhere and I got those same vibes

Yeah, it’s sad in a way cos Austin died at age 22
That he was already producing stuff of this brilliance at twenty fucking two is astounding
I was still busy getting over my own obstinate ego by then
Well, well. I have all their albums. And those of The Mount Fuji Doomjazz Corp and The Lovecraft Sextet.
Add to that a few The Thing With Five Eyes & Mansur for good measure
Oooh hadn’t heard of those except Mount Fuji. Imma have a listen through their stuff. Thank you!
I dig this. Sounds like a live jam. Im a sucker for the Rhodes.
@Xinemau11 just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you for introducing me to Barcode. Im entranced by how good (and unique) it is.
I feel like I’m watching a Primus video. Actually, I feel like I’m listening to Primus, too. Kind of an awesome direction he’s going in
Most excellent!!
And since we are into easy listening:
Somehow, this fits my mood these last couple months quite perfectly.
It’s the easy listening hour? I grew up with Nine Inch Nails, but kinda stopped listening after With Teeth. Been listening to The Slip today, especially this song. 1,000,000
Speaking of easy listening, I just remembered how awesome this 10-minute full length album is (the YT rip sucks, so there’s this track at least)
oh you glitchdaddies want some “easy” listening? come with me and you’ll see that there’s more than glitchy snare rushes…
…this is what some of my dreams sound like…
One of my favorite ambient songs! The waves of distortion remind me of sitting on a beach
I love that! I’m just getting into Eluvium and all of their body of work. Such a great random find for me.
edit: here’s another one taking that distortion concept and plunging it deep underneath the waves down you implode under the massive pressure:
Eminem lose yourself both versions
When I was 18 I got on a table at a party and rapped the entirety of Lose Yourself. It was received so well that now, If there’s Karaoke on and my mates have anything to do with it, I will be forced to do it again. Im a little rusty on the lyrics, but i can still get through it haha.
