Tot Binåhe d’Èsse Sot is a high-energy, repetitive track that captures the essence of pure joy, reflected in its Walloon title meaning “so happy to be silly.” This track is designed for those who love dynamic, club-ready beats that make you want to move. If you’re into techno with a twist of cultural flair, this track will resonate with you. I’m eager to hear your thoughts and feedback—especially from anyone who appreciates the blend of rhythmic intensity and playful energy. Let’s discuss how this track fits into the broader techno landscapes, and what kind of impact it can have on the dance floor.
I don’t typically listen to this style, but it objectively sounds well produced, good mix and high energy. So, I’d say great track!
Thanks so much, @Manton ! I really appreciate you giving it a listen. It means a lot !
Nicely done! As Manton said, the production is clean and the track does kick ass.
I loved the start when it sounded more like deep house (the first 28 seconds, to be precise).
After that, the arpeggios sounded a bit dry (and the metallic-sounding one was not pleasant to my ears). I wouldn’t have put the voice/shout in either. But it’s just a question of different tastes here
Thanks a lot for the feedback! I’m really glad you enjoyed the start, I mean, we have to start by somewhere . I totally get what you’re saying about the arpeggios and the metallic sound; it’s always interesting to hear how different elements land with different ears. I appreciate your honesty on that! As for the voice, I was experimenting a bit, but I see how it might not resonate with everyone.I really value your input. It helps me refine my sound and consider different perspectives. Thanks again for taking the time to listen and share your thoughts!
It’s funny, but I’m not a huge fan of this track myself either. I actually created it as an experiment to catch the attention of local nightclubs and hopefully work with them .
That’s also the idea behind my album Néophile. I’m in a phase of exploring and finding my sound in music. Right now, I’m not overthinking my tracks; I just let the music flow and see where it takes me.
I’m trying out different styles, and my next track will definitely align more with the vibe of this forum .
I’m really excited to dive into IDM and experimental music! That’s what I’ll be focusing on in the coming weeks.
