So i tried using patcher in fl studio

right so sorta figured out how to use patcher, however i wanted to route the audio output of my triggering individual slices into slicex directly into harmor and then automate the crap out of every parameter of harmor as it played a drum sequence in the piano roll… just like how granulizer mods a sample when you select either step or transient mode…but i could not achieve this with harmor…and got access violation…no bsod luckily…

so instead i had to route slicex and harmor(loading the drum break into harmor) to different mixer channels and have one mod the other using vocodex…not ideal but close enough…
i tried some googling but what i found on image line forums wasnt in depth…and the tutorial ive found were only concerning about neuro bass lines, and fx chains…

was wondering if anyone knew how to do or found a tutorial in regards to what i originally wanted to do with slicex and harmor

i am not code savy…and i could probably get a reaktor ensemble that does this…but honestly i was wondering if there was a way to achieve the desired result manually without having to spend more money…

or should i just be happpy with the vocodex mod?

Did you get the 20.0.3 update? Looks like this just happens in previous versions.

I got v20 like 10days ago, and no it’s not a cracked version from a torrent…

What you could try is basically having a separate instance of slicex and harmor for every audio slice in slicex, then route midi such that each slicex can only play one slice, and send all automation to the same place in all instances of harmor. IDK if your computer would take it, but that would be my guess, because I don’t think the resampling in harmor is designed to sample in real time.

I defo need to start a project playing with Patcher. Its basically like a non-linear modular routing program that connect anything to anything right?

Yea sort of just gotta play connect the dots matching color with color

Were you hacking into government and corporate secrets with it?
