TBH, I must admit that as mod team, we do tend to be more hands-off, stepping in only when it seems necessary.
I can’t talk for @relic, @RFJ and @Roo_Stercogburn but for me is a mix of being busy and assuming I’m dealing with adults, so in my mind the community should be able to self-regulate themselves and if we’re needed, there’s a report button. I’m not ignoring the forum, I at least glance all threads, but just like to be in the background.
As for community involvement in the label, we wrote plenty of times, whoever has an idea can reach out to us, for example on the IDMf collaboration I’d like to have some more people involved in the voting process, as this is just a merge of a couple of community projects.
