February 2026 marks 20 years since IDMforums began. We will be celebrating with a compilation set to release between February/March. There will be a mix of old and new blood on there so get your subs in if you want to be considered for it. Earlier the better.

@wayne I know we already spoke and you know what’s going on. If I can squeeze it in, I will submit but have priorities first and not a lot of time. Maybe, I’ll just do an improv session with a video and my synths and rant about the 20th anniversary to market it a little lol. That sounds easier than me trying to create a track with my other shit going on. I can just do a promo video or something

i havent been that much in more traditional electronic music, but i have made some unreleased tracks that are heavily influenced by extreme metal that focus on complexity and speed. i’ll probably try to create something like that with other elements. i’m still a fan of harsh noise, so i better get to brainstorming.

I couldn’t figure out what else to include, so I hope it makes its way into the consideration bin. I also forgot to mention that if the label needs help with artwork or a shitload of random prototypes to use as artwork fodder, I’d love to toss some weird shit into that bin, too. I’ve got a stockpile of pictures I’ve been taking of random shit and I’m itching for an excuse to grind them up
