Heyall!

Hey, Im Yuri, I’m a music producer that leans toward genres like ambience, botanica, hyperpop and some digicore.

My DAW of choice is FL Studio, since its the one im most familiar in, and I love its design. My main synth plugin is of course Serum, where I usually create my synths with mostly basic shapes and FM. Plugins like Raum, Fruity Limiter, Manipulator, and Spectral Gate are some essentials in my production. The song that I’m most proud of is called “insight”, with a focus towards a sorta botanical soundscape. The song talks about the issues of selfworth and allat.

I haven’t uploaded new music in a while, BUT there’s an EP im working on that will come out pretty soon. This project ranges from ambient almost orchestral to an almost pop soundscape. The project goes thru many different genre changes in the span of four songs.

Anyway, making this too long. Just wanted to share on who I am : )

Hey, always happy to see a new FL user around. I’ve been using it over 10 years since V10 and I still pick up new ideas every time I meet someone using it.

Have you tried other DAWs? I tried to make the jump to Ableton around 5 years ago and I couldn’t give up the playlist in FL.

Ive been on FL for 3 1/2 years, and I’ve dabbled into Ableton. Ableton is AMAZING for manipulating and sculpting electronic sounds, but I just can’t leave FL. The mixer, the channel rack, the playlist and especially the piano roll are things that I just LOVE about FL.

Btw, 10 YEARS of FL is CRAZY. Mad dedication !

Yooooo welcome
I used to be super focused on the hyperpop/mashcore “area” of genres
I mostly make hard dance now, but certainly still enjoy that sort of music
I look forward to checking out some of your stuff, sounds hype as FUCK

This is why I use whatever DAW I feel like on any given day. Patcher is useful sometimes, but then again, so is session / clip view. No need to leave any behind
