Bitbasic was one of the first IDMfers to impress me, way back on IDMf003 - Mind Tree , with his hard-hitting opening track, “Fractal Pants”. Seventeen years later, I slid into his DMs as a fan and came out with an EP. So glad he answered the call.
Dropping his new single “Orders” on ICOSAGON: Volume Two and chasing it with this largely cosmic EP.
We’ll save the reviews for the pros, but what we will say is, “The Cosmological Constant” is a stunning cluster of melodic, bouncy and straight-ahead trip-hop beats. A genuine fun listen.
Simon is the type of artist we love. Just a top bloke and super easy going. Thanks for working with us again!
