From listening to a few songs…its mixed really well…

And has lots of compression

I’ve never really listened, but now that I am, it sounds really distorted / saturated / warm. I don’t even know if they’d need much compression after that point because everything is just as loud as it gets all the time.

I think I can see the appeal, but I never would’ve thought music would get this distorted and gross without being deemed an assault on the ears. I’m apparently too old for this, lol
