Anything presented by Ray Mears. He’s a british tv/doc host who does programs on wilderness survival but unlike the Les Stroud or Bear Grylls style as he doesn’t pretend to survive himself. He presents his shows more like an instructor demonstrating what to do IF one finds themself in a survival scenario. I really admire his respect for nature/conservation.

He did a great series called Wild Food which wasn’t so much a survival series but covered how prehistoric/Mesolithic Britons would have gotten their wild food that would have been available at that time
