Time signature in Reason

Hi guys...i'm wondering if i can subdivide a beat into 5,6,7 blocks instead of 4...it doesnt seem possible in Reason..and i really need to do that

i mean for e.g i want to use a 9/4 signature...so the program makes me 9 beats of 2,4,8,16,etc blocks...could i get it to subdivide this 9 beats in to groups of 5...for if i want to make a prescise 5plet??...i dont think it can so i'm asking to get a sure answer

ahh right. i don't know either. doesn't look like it though. they don't even have a triplet grid. you might be able to get 5plets with the right regroove settings

really? i haven't used Reason in a while, but i only remember doing triplets by writing a 4/4 style song in 6/8... or something like that. idk, thanks for calling that out anyway

Yeah i havnt used it in a while either but theres a drop down to change the grid from 1 measure to 64ths with 8t, and 16t in there too
