Re: Any good Reason tutorials out there?

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it, but Groove3 and Reason-Expert.com are both great resources for learning Reason. I've been using it myself for a number of years (although I use in conjunction with Studio One 3).

I hope that helps!

Re: Any good Reason tutorials out there?

One thing I wished someone taught me in the beginning of my music production career was doing online courses.
This will save you hours and hours of looking for articles or tutorial videos about little things like where is automation button, stupid basic stuff like that.
The fact the information is all organized it just cuts your learning curve so fast but so fast, you can find lots of cheap ones from Macvideopro or ask.academy.

Here is a link for a good course about Reason

Re: Any good Reason tutorials out there?

I recommend Dave from Boyinaband (dawtcom)'s Reason tutorials. He doesn't do them anymore, (to my knowledge) but there's a huge archive on his youtube channel. Can't post links or I'd link it for you. That's how I learned synthesis originally, before switching out of Reason as my main DAW early in my career.

Search in youtube for "subtractor samplecraze" with that is how I have learned about subtractor and subtractive synthesis, to make my own sounds, go for it, is one of the best tutorials I have found
