I apologize if this sounds rude, but I got a strong chuckle in the fact that you want to send that to OWSLA right off the bat. No opinions from other parties? Maybe brighten up the kicks and snares or claps?
Anyways. You should:
Diversify your music, gather fans, friends, family to share your music. Eventually if you can attract a large community without a label, you can attract and even bigger one with a label.... Soooooooo, moral of the story. Gain so many fans, followers, etc, that the OWSLA A&R folks "just happen to hear it" from a popular: Youtube channel, mix artist, promo website, music enthusiast hipster, etc. Just make music, gain criticism, be open to a variety of opinions, learn as much as possible, dont sent your first "hit" to OWSLA right off the bat compadre.
