Icon5 Mixer power supplies

Im looking to buy a UB802 on craigslist but its missing the power supply. I own a power supply for a xenya 1202. I've looked up the power supplys for both and mine is two steps up from the UB802. Do you think it would turn on long enough to test out the mixer and makes it works with out hurting the mixer. I plan on buying the proper one it all works out.

Re: Mixer power supplies

As long as the voltage is rated the same and the connector is the same type it should be fine.

You need to check the milliamps and the polarity too really to be sure.
It's never a great idea to exceed the power requirements of gear though.

Cool thanks! I might just buy the mixer and hope that it works when I buy a new adapter. It only $25 for the mixer and $13 for the power so if it works it'll be a good deal
