reasons rack extensions...??

So what does everyone think of this?

If I understand it correctly this is basically opening up 3rd party devices and instruments in a way that the 3rd parties will have to create their own reason compatible format or their product? Or could they make a rack device that allows you to load in any vst or plugin?

from what i gathered, software developers can design reason modules that can be either downloaded or bought (not sure). I dont think that means 3rd party vst support.

hmm... I wonder if they will make the psp vintage warmer for reason now or any of those other plugins people always talk about how much you miss out with reason.
