DMX software options for light rigs

might be a longshot there is someone that can help me, but what the hell...

so im making a list for a mobile lighting rig, and so far ive got 2 varytecs easymove and 1 easyscan, 2 pars and a sunray

2 stands and a 3 meter truss with a 1.5m extension

since im ordering from thomann the interface im lookin into is mydmx, but their program is very limited when it comes to scanner profiles

it shows a sunray like a spotlight, which makes no fucking sense

so my question is whether there is a program that will show the lights at least angle realisticly and that it can be synced to ableton or traktor or vdj so i can make synced lightshows

another question is what smoke machines to go for

i was thinking 1 haze and 1 smoke, one of them up on the truss and one down

so if you got some ideas and suggestions, please let me have em
