Where have you been all my life???


Seriously this software is great, especially when needing custom buttons/actions for laptop based performance/playback systems. Translating a midi button to QWERTY keyboard commands? or, better yet string of commands?? NO PROBLEM.

Saved the day on this setup I'm building/programming for Tycho.

Basically if there i no easy/native/midi assignable way to do something in an app, Bomes is the workaround.

So it's like a DAW but an additional expense? Count me in

Nah, it sort of extends the functionality of your current DAW by allowing midi messages to do things that they may not natively be able to do.

I'm sure I could have done something similar to my fix for this project in Max4Live but I didn't want to get balls deep in MAX due to time restraints, im painfully slow w MAX.

I've seen this in the past, I definitely need Ableton for this, or more of a full featured DAW, this playback is running on average 16 tracks of playback routed to 6 subgroups to send to FOH with a bunch of double bussed channels feeding a monitor console for In Ear Monitors.
