1 - A ghost composer.
2 - A ghost musical producer.
3 - A ghost sound engineering producer.
4 - All of the above in one pack.
But taking a ride on the topic any idea on how much those professionals charge? I guess it is a profitable market.
It is quite probable there are some "affordable" but quality ghost producers out there. Everyone is making dance music and there are massive amounts of good information out there. But you are definitely going to get what you pay for. I wouldn't expect to get something truly playable next to a hot commercial dance track for less than 200-300 USD all in. And I have a feeling I'm probably guessing low realistically.
Also @OP: being musical isn't really a requirement any more. There are so many tools that will basically do the musical work for you. Sample packs and pre sets mean you don't have to program a synth or even make your own drum patterns. If you can get a quasi decent mix, mastering a track is pretty reasonable. It would be a bigger initial investment, but cheaper in the long run.
relic dont give him that idea cas hes the kind of guy who would steel a flp of youtube claim it as his own and give fuck all credit to the original creator.
The stupidally post it on his own channel asking for 50 likes for the flp.
This is a very strange request for an IDM forum. I don't know what you'd expect to get out of having someone ghost-produce IDM for you - certainly not fame or money or the ability to impress the girls/guys with your "skillz" (unless the person in question just happens to be super cool, in which case you're extra lame for suggesting things that aren't true).
