Arvo Part "Fur Alina" masterclass.

For those who don't know, "Fur Alina" is a very minimalistic piece of music, very profound and meditative where no more than 2 notes ever play at the same time. It is beautiful to listen to and absolutely amazing to play. very very strong stuff

John Zorn talking about composing 300 tunes in a month for his Masada project, and of composition being more than just writing stuff down on a piece of paper

Don't know how I missed this post, but thanks for sharing this..haven't seen this one before, even though I love the piece in question.
