Make your own using cut up samples and repitching pads to what you need. It's pretty neat and guaranteed to be your own!

Here's some bullshit 20 seconds to show. With the exception of the bass and drums, everything else is cut up guitar. This isn't a song, just an example.

Micromonsta (Audiothingies): 8-voice poly synth (wavetable & 12 other oscillator types)

NF-1 and NFm (Modor): 8-voice poly synth (10 oscillator types)

Tubika (TubeOhm): 6-voice poly synth as DIY kit (wavetable & other oscillator types into analog filter, originally developed by Mutable Instruments)

all of these have options besides subtractive synthesis like additive synthesis (Modor), 2 op FM, CZ phase distortion (Micromonsta, Ambika), there is no obligation to use a filter.
