Sample pack?

i didnt know where to put this so ill just stick it here but iv been making my own sweeps and loops and stuff and was thinking about maybe making a small sample packs, i dont have recording equipment nor a drum kit, so i cant record my own samples, would it be fine to make loops from royalty free? i wont be selling just putting it up for download

Having a bit of trouble understanding your question(s) actually. If you are synthesizing original sounds and giving them away for free you have no worries. If you are asking if you can take royalty free drum sounds from a commercial sample pack, make loops out of them, then repackage them the answer is probably no. Generally speaking I'm pretty sure any kind of repackaging is a no-no. If you want to include drum sounds/loops I recommend looking up tutorials on how to synthesize drum sounds. You could potentially include midi files of the loops and let people fill them in with their own drum sounds.
