Modular software & programmingMaxMSP, Reaktor, Pure Data, Jeskola BUZZ, and other modular programs. Any questions relating to these programs (patching, favorite ensembles) should be posted in this forum.
does anyone know if there is a way to light up buttons in a korg nanokontrol from events generated in reaktor ? (a stacked macro, when appealing one preset/macro , it lights up the selected steps assigned to korg's leds ?)
someone in the monome forums wrote that it's not possible.
Hello! I've been working on some Reaktor tutorial videos for a few months now. You can find them on youtube, just search "peakssound." I would post the link but this is my first post here so the powers at be won't let me. Any who, hope you guys find it useful!
This guy offers an EXTENSIVE collection of tutorials (for beginning builders) with matching .ens, with a well written PDF. A bit out-dated, but everything still applies. If anything there might be new macros with shortcuts to some of this, but in my opinion I would rather learn it the long way first
For fuck sake, can anyone help?
Why when I had instruments or macros to structure view, they are all staked in Panel view? Is there a way to have them one next to the other, so I don't have to go digging for parts?
So far I like Reaktor over Max/MSP because of the modules that are included which already perform some function and yet you can open up to see how they function. Max/MSP seemed to offer just the bits and pieces to do something, and you had to piece them together. So far this is at least allows you to get started a little more quickly rather than trying to figure out what does what.
I tried reproducing what I see, but I have no idea about that "lfo mod" control on the 2nd image, plus for some reason reaktor is not letting me link the cutoff to the + module...
It was so much easier on a hardware modular!
