Anyone using Threadripper?

I just got mine setup and am enjoying it so far. Anyone else using it?

What's weird is that when I export audio... it doesn't really max out and push out the audio like I thought it would. I watch the CPU and it only goes at 25%. I wonder why FL Studio doesn't push the whole 100%.

Re: Anyone using Threadripper?

Does that rip forum threads or something? (Yes, I'm out of the loop apparently)

Also, since this is your first post, welcum.

I think he's talking about AMD's Ryzen Threadripper CPU.

AMD claim on their site, "Threadripper is simply the fastest multi-threaded processor on a consumer desktop PC, ever"

A recent PCWolrd review article seems to back up that statement in part..they say,"Threadripper blows away the Core i9 in multithreaded applications, such as rendering or video conversion. Meanwhile, the Core i9 performs higher on games and applications that are coded for single-threaded performance."

yea i have used one the 1950x and yea its because fl studio isnt reading it properlly as its newer tech and dosent recognise it properlly also its only rendering on a few of the cors so not really needing to go 100 percent.
Also make sure you have xfr enasbled in the bios some mobos have that off by default.
