free/cheap alternatives to BOME's MIDI translator?

Just curious if anyone knows of free or cheap alternatives to BOME's MIDI translator for Windows. I just switched operating systems since my macbook was destroyed and am having a bit of a hard time finding certain alternatives to programs I had on my mac, kinda surprising actually lmao, I thought people made way more programs for Windows

All I've been able to find is MIDI morph

and that requires at least basic knowledge of Java. Being that I've only messed with Java once it might be too much to dive head first into right away... Hmm... could be worth learning but if anyone knows something where I don't have to learn Java, that would be great haha
