Rtm, sample packs, C6 transfer, and the magic of 16 bit?

Ran into trouble hauling samples onto my Rytm. Sort of sucky that it doesn't tell you when the 2 GB is full, but I know this wasn't the issue when my transfers kept just failing to transmit properly (why this has to be done at MIDI speed is beyond me). It would just stall for no good reason.

Turns out, I needed to limit transfer speeds (ugh!) and really stick to 16 bit stereo. Now, how does one convert 1000 samples from 24 bit to 16 bit? With a batch processor. I found Myriad to be extremely convenient: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click here to register]

1400 samples processed in just about 3 seconds while retaining the document hierarchy and replacing the old one. Cool.
