Re: ksd files massive/logic

Try to save a patch you made (just press save, doesn't matter) and search for the name of your saved patch with the mac osx search tool (osx should have this tool, no?) then copy your downloaded your *.ksd files in that folder, delete your useless patch, you made earlier and POW!

That's how i'd do it.
Hope that helped.

ya can save it anywhere ya want. ya just add the folder to the library. this works well when ya want to categorise ya patches like!

Re: ksd files massive/logic

The presets i create in massive in fl save as fls. (fruity loop state files) but if i try an import kds files (kore sumfin) they dont work. i can open them in standalone and resave them but they still save as kds. any1 got a work around......

First off make sure all of the .ksd files you want to use are all in the same folder (they don't have to be but it saves a bit of time).

Next open up Massive in you DAW, then click File (in Massive), KSD Batch Convert..., and then it will give you an explorer menu, find the folder your .KSD files are in then click Yes, it should take a few seconds depending on how many you have but all your .KSD files should be reading fine in Massive now.

Re: ksd files massive/logic

Hi,

I was following this thread andd have somehow the same problem but I have one question. First of all i run windoiws and just downloaded a set of sound sets *.ksd. I followed a link on youtube where it tells you to go to the main folder and drag the files there and then rebuild database button and all this stuff. after all this i still can't find the same files directly through massive's library. i guess I am supposed to?? In the mean i'm always going to file import .ksd manually and its a hastle this way.

Can anybody help me please?
