Cookie monsters
Just got out of hospial last night, came home and fired up the imac. It's now constantly advertising bad treatment/ accident solicitors to me without adblocker, as I googled the hospital phone. Something wrong there...seems so anyhow.

Yeah, you're being tracked around the web and your non-identifying information is being sold to third parties all the time. Sounds normal, download Ghostery if you care.
