Yeah..I've heard very similar things myself..and it's clear he's very passionate about how how the label is run in general..I think that's clear enough from the overall vibe of "cohesiveness" you get from their catalogue of artists..the level of support they give to the same..as well as the very real sense of dealing with a real person whenever you buy something from them. How many labels send you personalized messages when when you buy music from them these days? Not many.
I know it's just a small thing..but a nice touch all the same.
