Can you set your sends to pre fader and turn the level of the the original channel down completely?

a bus is selectable. so you'll have the options of routing to say, bus 1+2, 3+4 (stereo, or you can pan the input channels to bus to mono outs), or to L/R (main).

If you used a bus out, you can alleviate the feedback.

Yes. It would help. Especially a mixer with sub group outputs. In my memory sub groups didnt stop it from sending to the master though Im sure thst is an option on some mixers not positive about subgroup routing...but it would fix the feedback issue
