If you have something analog at hand like the MS-20 and its offspring (Monotribe, probaply even Monotron would do^^), Sh-101 or such, all you need is one VCO (Sine or Saw) then play around with an LFO either modulating OSC pitch, filter or both. Rather slow LFO Rate, play around with Depth.

MS-20 and MS-20 derived filters have that certain bubbly charme, Sh-101 also has that bubbly sound.

(Didnt make such sounds with the SH-101, but Im pretty sure it will work )
