I haven't finished a song in while and not shared much, so I thought I'd put this one out.
For my fellow gear people, all was sampled and sequenced on the MPC Live, including my shit mixing and ghetto mastering.
Some extra help from the A4 and additional reverbs from the Ipad.
Maybe a little too sparse, but I like how striped down and dark it is.

Did you try the export function? Seems like this might be worth continuing.
This was exported from the mpc with a compressor on the master. I was going to export it as separate tracks to finish it in Live, but couldn’ be arsed as it would have taken too long and I have other things than music in focus.
I think you've probably nailed the bassy and rumbly. Even though I'm listening on headphones, I can feel it. I do know theses phones very well though, as except if I'm listening to the outside world, I'm listening though these.
It is a sparse, but the drone ideal is full on! Love that it has that heavy compression going on! Think for this to be more industrial I'd like to hear some scrapes, saturation, and a heavy metal mallet hit here and there. Solid vibe,
I'd kind of disagree on the mallet there with the preceding speaker. The minimalistic vibe of this is perfect, maybe an arythmically placed hi-hat groove could spice it up but doesn't necessarily have to appear.
I listened to this on my go-out medicore headphones and felt like there needs to be much care taken into mixing this track. The background has some interesting turn-arounds, you hadn't just slapped a pad in the back and called it a day so it's wise to keep the balance between the main stage, which in this situation is the kick and the bass and the background, which I think should be sitting way out wide on both sides but still not completely eaten by the lows. This might be the hardest thing to do.
Besides, I thought at first that the clap (the one that hits at the same time as the kick) is definitely muffled by the kick too much. At the latter part of the track I kind of seen this as a feature more than a problem. Still a debatable thing there.
Really liking the bass and its distorted feel. As well as the "snare" delayed noise added in. Is that a send channel that they're both going through that's delayed with some type of distorted effect on it? Or individual to both tracks?
