The most stupid Pure Data question

Dudes, I know I will get bashed and that, but...

How in the hell I install Pure Data? I want to randomize ma' beats!

I have downloaded the "vanilla" and the "extended" versions, and, when I saw no .exe, I said "well, there should be some kind of instructions somewhere"... But, damn, I haven't found anything except this "INSTALL" read me that say nothing (or, maybe, nothing I can understand)...

Can you help me, please
