I just wonder how you get so much loudness out of Soundcloud.
The 2nd drop is way better than the 1st. Anyway, you've got a hell of a technique.
Soundcloud doesn't limit the level of "loudness". It converts the file to an mp3 so if you upload in .wav or whatever higher bit file it wont retain the same quality. I agree that the second drop goes a bit harder than the first, but a good bit of the beginning has yet to be worked on. Thanks for listening!
I'm not in to trap, but I liked this track, especially the second drop.
What I would suggest is adding more of these typical trap snare rolls, seriously live they make so much impact.
at 2:45 these typical trap rolls, you are probably familiar with them anyway, but you have alot of room left for these trap rolls, and when I listen to your track for example at 1:53, you have a snare repeating, which sounds kinda static, maybe add some rolls there?
These rolls are pretty hard to get right, but its all basically pitching them (you could also add an arp to on 1/24 or 1/16 and automate the tempo etc.), and getting the right samples
Really dig that low brass (tuba?) on the drops, that added a really nice touch. The bit after the first drop seemed to go all over the place, and I'm honestly not sure how I felt about it. It kept me on my toes, but....I think just a TAD more to latch on there could be nice. Overall, amazing track, everything sounds great and hits really hard. Well done, man.
Damn man, I love the first part of the drop, just sick haha. Your synths are boring though, try to add an EQ or design the synth to reach a higher frequency too, that would just add so much to the drop. The bass is a little awkward at times too, but eh. Really cool track, and as I said, the first 8 bars of the first drop are hard AF. Nice dude
