Intel announce serious vulnerabilities in chip MEs

that can leave your PC wide open to attack and that in most cases, a BIOS firmware update will bee needed to fix the problem..but this has to be supplied by you PC's motherboard manufacturer.

They (Intel) have released a tool that lets you check to see if your system is one of those effected and it can be downloaded [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click here to register]
