just wondering how to make the fat/loud bass sounds (in massive) that start at 0.22 on tidal wave the official music vid by sub focus?

to make phatt sub there is somes rules
use a triangle as a sub
sub is aroud 50 hz so it should be around G2
use harmonic distortion to make it audible on youtube and smartphone

Load a 3 oscillator subtractive synth (Sylenth1, Spire, Surge, etc).
Load a single sine wave oscillator. Add another oscillator with a few stacked and detuned/unisoned saw waves (supersaw).

Add a 12dB/octave lowpass filter and dial in cutoff where you might think it sounds ok (maybe around 1kHz).

Now add another oscillator (the 3rd osc) with noise, and turn up/down the amp/volume of the noise until you hear it makes the overall sound a bit dirty and gritty.
EQ to taste.
Edit: Oh, you said Massive. You can do it in Massive to, but any simple subtractive will do just fine.
