mate this is nice! like the percussion work.... only bit of advice is to really tighten up the EQ on the kick adn bass to they really complement each other. so when a dj drops this it will really get the folks moving. if you want any more in depth help feel free to message me mate. this is a really good track and i love the transitions. just get those sounds popping out of the mix and your onto a winner that i would definatly showcase at a tech house night! nice!
I have just a little problem of feeling the track from minute 2:04.. in tham moment i feel the track going for its actual end and the drop coming makes me feel like "disturbed" in some kind of way!! Percussions enhance that part, Would love to hear a little "slap" though.. this bassline and synths are full of potential man
YES YES YES...Really enjoyed this mate... no production critique from me. In terms of arrangement composisition i might of preferred it a little different, but that's personal taste, i like my tech house more stripped down and "techno-y"... I like the 2:34 mark - I prefer the drum loop there and would've liked it to start and build from that (personal pref). I would like to see more cuts and drops between sections to really accent/emphasise this on the dance floor... adding extra or cutting out the bassdrum, little sweeps, slight chage in hi hat/clap arrangement at the end of a 16 bar section... really depends what you want the track to do on the dancefloor - if you want a solid 4/4 build up track you got it kiddo
