hs80/juno 2 volume repair question

I have a hs80 (Juno 2 with speakers) with a no sound issue that I've narrowed down but am not sure how to fix. The volume board has 2 connectors CN1 and CN2. When I touch all 5 solder points on the back of CN1 I get sound... Let go, no sound. I tried touching individual points and get nothing. It only works when touching all 5. My electronics knowledge is pretty limited. Any idea what the fix is or do I need a new volume board? Thanks

Re: hs80/juno 2 volume repair question

you touching the connections COULD be allowing current to flow to those points, when you let go you lose sound... so, no current. you might have a cold/cracked solder point in there and a simple re-heating of the point could be the fix full disclaimer... without seeing it I'd not take my advice!!!

just food for thought.
