Axoloti, a programmable audio board

I recently came across this: Axoloti.
It's a small board which can be programmed with a graphical patcher. The patch is programmed directly on the microcontroller and runs on the hardware (so no computer needed once it is programmed).

The board offers stereo audio in and out, MIDI in and out as well a bunch of GPIO with which you can connect potentiometers, sensors or even motors.

I just got mine and am really excited for the possibilities.
I recently met Johannes (the creator) and he is really trying to create a community around the board.

Check it out: http://www.axoloti.com/

There was also recently an article in CDM: http://createdigitalmusic.com/2016/0...u-can-imagine/
