Retro Video Game Soundtracks

I mentioned in another thread recently that videogame soundtracks from back on the Genesis are part of what got me into electronic music. For years, I've been stuck with youtube rips if I wanted to go back and listen to those. Last night, I decided to try and download them, and was lucky enough to run across someone who's been doing Genesis soundtracks unfiltered in all their aliased glory in lossless formats. I figured I'd share here as he still seems to be taking requests for new soundtracks if there's something you want. I also might take a look around and see if I can find a similar source for nintendo.

To the mods, I certainly don't mean to encourage copyright infringement, so I understand if you want to take this down, but I couldn't find many of these recordings elsewhere at all, and the ones I could that were commercially released were modified/remixed. These are recorded straight from the console using original hardware, which is what I wanted.

Downloads in FLAC or mp3 320 here: http://mode5.net/ost/

These are running off a personal server with consumer internet, so you're limited to 4 downloads at a time for bandwidth purposes on his end.

The thread about the process and suggestions/feedback is here (different forum):
