Favorite Modular/Programming Environment?

If I forget one (which I'm sure I have), ask a mod to add it. :)

+1 for Nord Modular.

I haven't come across something so flexible yet still quite easy to use and I guess it was the blueprint for many softsynths to come.

The Arturia Moog Modulars quite good too for what it is.

It's a shame there is nothing close enough in ease of use and fidelity to Reaktor. Inspirational, flexible, and easy to use for the non-math minded like me. I'm sure MAX is good, but my brain don't work so good with it.

Not in the poll: Vaz. Kind of a one trick pony. Kind of pony I would have sex with, too.

You got every right to call yourself an animal lover.

i voted Pd because it's free and you can create pretty much anything you can imagine. my next choice would be max/msp then reaktor.

Isadora was created mainly to process live video but it also can be used to process audio.

Max MSP, when you get the hang of it, pretty endless possibilities.

Who on earth uses Buzz? I used it ages ago because it was so lean - has it gotten anywhere with VST support and such?

Re: Favorite Modular/Programming Environment?

I do. Vst support has been on since 1998 or so.
